Sweet Little Birdy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use our website.

DISCLAIMER

We endeavour to represent items as accurately as possible; however, slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Some items are handmade and minor variations may occur. All items are advertised in good faith to be available. However, unforeseen manufacturing, supply or delivery problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock unavailability. Rainchecks will be offered wherever possible. Prices, specifications and availability are all subject to change without notice. All prices quoted include GST if applicable and Delivery is not included in these prices.  Shipping charges will not be refunded should your item arrive damaged or if your goods are lost in transit.

The prices displayed on our website are quoted in AUS Dollars.

REPRODUCTION OF INFORMATION

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, photographs, design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited.

UNAUTHORISED USE

Unauthorised use of this website may give to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

USER COMMENTS

We welcome your comments about our Web Site. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively "Comments") sent to our Web Site shall be and remain the exclusive property of Sweet Little Birdy. Sweet Little Birdy will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, publish and distribute any material you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. For this reason, we ask that you not send us any comments that you do not wish to assign to us, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code or original artwork.

REFUNDS AND SHIPPING

If for any reason you are unhappy with any of our products please return them to us within 30 days for a full refund (less all shipping charges as these are non-refundable). Please email us to arrange any refunds or exchanges. Goods must be returned in their original condition and you are also responsible for return shipping charges.

It is your responsibility to check items on delivery before signing anything with our courier or Australia Post.  If you have signed to say you received the item in good condition then no refunds will be issued.  Please contact us immediately if you are not satisfied with your order.  Please note that we do not refund postage charges.  This covers our postal insurance and therefore will not be refunded.
