What is Sweet Little Birdy all about?
We aim to provide a wonderful shopping experience for you, along with home decorating and party ideas and inspirations using our gorgeous products. We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make and welcome your feedback – any questions or concerns please contact us.
What are your shipping rates?
We want to keep shipping rates to a minimum and therefore offer four levels of flat rate shipping (within Australia):

Do you ship internationally?
We welcome overseas orders; however we will need to provide you with a shipping quote prior to placing your order. Please contact us and we can let you know how much it will be to ship your gorgeous items.
How can I pay?
We offer several convenient payment options for you to purchase our divine wares. We accept:

Do you offer a layby service?
Yes we do. Our layby terms and conditions are as follows:
Amount of Layby
There is no restriction (either minimum or maximum) on the amount of any layby. Payment options
Layby payments can be made via credit card, bank deposit or paypal.
Initial Deposit
In order for us to hold your layby, there is an initial deposit of 10% of the value of the layby.
Length of Layby and Payment Requirements
Layby’s will be held for a total period of 3 months, and payments should be made towards them at least once per month. Customers can choose to pay as frequently as they like.
If, for any reason, you are unable to finish paying your layby within the 3 month period, please contact us and advise and we can discuss a further payment plan for you if it is suitable.
Cancellation or Non-payment of Layby
If the lay-by is cancelled by you within the lay-by period then all monies will be refunded minus a $4.00 service fee.
If you do not finalise your lay-by by the due date (without contacting us to arrange an extension) your lay-by will be cancelled by us and a $10.00 cancellation fee will apply to cover administration costs.
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with any of our products (we’re sure you will love them tho!) please return them to us within 30 days for a full refund (less all shipping charges as these are non-refundable). Please email us to arrange any refunds or exchanges. Goods must be returned in their original condition and you are also responsible for return shipping charges.
What if my item arrives broken or damaged? Please contact us immediately and we will work to sort this out for you as soon as possible. Please note that we do not refund postage charges. This covers our postal insurance and therefore will not be refunded.
Will my details be kept private?
We will never share your information with third parties. Your privacy is very important to us.
How do I subscribe to your newsletter?
Please fill in the ‘sign up for our newsletter’ section on our home page.
What will I receive if I sign up for your newsletter?
You will receive regular email newsletters, along with exclusive sale notifications and new product information and photos. Don’t miss this!
Can I submit photos for your blog?
Absolutely! We love ideas and inspirations and would love to see your new products in action. If you would like to share your photos with us please email us and we may feature your photo on our blog or facebook page.
Do you offer local (Hunter Valley, NSW) pick up or delivery?
You can find us at local markets - the best place to find out where we will be is on our Sweet Little Birdy for Hunter and Central Coast Likers Facebook Page. Alternatively if you need something before a market day or can’t get to the markets please contact us email and we can make arrangements for a local pick up or delivery.
